What do I do if I lose my phone?

If you lose a phone that's used to authenticate your SnapID™ logins, follow the below steps:

  1. Contact your phone carrier and report the phone as lost or stolen. They will immediately block your phone number from being used.
  2. We are working on an automated way for you to deactivate your phone. Until then, please open a ticket here and our customer support representative will deactivate your SnapID™ account for you.
