What does my monthly TextPower invoice include?

Each invoice should include:

  • Access charges for the upcoming month.
  • Any recurring charges such as dedicated short codes, text enabled Toll Free number, etc
  • Per message charges for the past month if you have exceeded the minimum included in your contract
  • LookUp fees – charges incurred when a new phone number is added to your database.  TextPower performs a ‘lookup’ by accessing wireless carrier’s data to determine if the number is a mobile number.  This only needs to occur once, when the number is first encountered in your activity.  (See What is a "lookup" and what triggers one?)
